Responsibilities

General Operation:

Handle all technical issue for each job and give direction to team members in order to create appropriate deliverables.Communicate and negotiate with business partners.

Create deliverable which meet FTR & OTD target.

Wl/Wf

Estimate required Work Load.

Quality

Perform Quality check for deliverables.Analyse root cause of error, and establish countermeasure.Check effectiveness of countermeasure.

Standardize

Develop standard procedure & process workflow.

Productivity

Perform productivity improvement.

Skill / Training

Grasp own level of skills & competencies.Learn required knowledge for each job and share it to Junior.

Benchmark

Prepare information for Benchmarking.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.

Essential Skills

1- Part catalogue authoring , handle the new event, running change, market inquiry,weekly meeting slide preparation (project management activities)
