Job Description

As a Front End Business Role, your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring Workshop Profitability - Ensuring sale of Spares & other margin making items - Maintaining and managing a daily record of repairs and services of vehicles undertaken and completed - Supervising, managing and monitoring automotive service technicians and repairers - Handling PDI and warranty Management - Monitoring workshop Quality and delivery performance parameters such as RV, TAT, manpower training levels In terms of Customer Handling, you will be expected to: - Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction - Handle customer escalations and resolve them effectively From a Technical perspective, your role will involve: - Facilitating and/or conducting technical training and sending employees to appropriate training as needed - Monitoring and following up on parts orders with the parts manager to ensure availability - Initialing all repair orders before submitting them to the warranty department, monitoring for sales and hours relative to expectations Regarding Team Management, you will be required to: - Manage and Motivate Team members effectively Additionally, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Service Manager and a total work experience of 8 years. The work is full-time and will be carried out in person at the specified location.
