Works Manager reports to Head Service and plays a vital role in implementation as well as monitoring of the entire work floor operation in the service department. Critical activities of works manager includes identifying and resolving the bottle neck area in work floor operation, ensuring the monthly and annual revenue target and vehicle load target is achieved and increasing manpower productivity by providing constructive feedback about individual and team performance. Works Manager is also responsible to ensure high level of customer satisfaction is maintained and customer queries and customer complaints are attended on time. Works Managers work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall customer satisfaction.
