Service Manager cum CCM

As a highly organised and detail-oriented Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the efficient operation of the tractor service and refurbishment department in Madhya Pradesh. Your role will involve managing the entire lifecycle of tractor service and refurbishment, ensuring standardized processes that are both timely and cost-effective. Additionally, you will be in charge of overseeing inventory management of critical components like batteries and tyres, while ensuring that operational systems are aligned with company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and ensure standardized refurbishment of tractors, ensuring timely completion of processes that meet cost and quality standards. - Manage inventory for critical components such as batteries, tyres, and other parts to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize downtime, and prevent shortages. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in service management, preferably in the tractor industry. - Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, particularly related to batteries, tyres, and other tractor components. - Proficiency in using VMS (Vendor Management System), Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) is essential for this role.,
