Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Line Executive (Counsellor) located in Electronic City, Bengaluru. The Service Line Executive will be responsible for providing customer service, counselling patients, organizing patient schedules, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The role involves direct interaction with patients to support their healthcare journey and address any concerns or queries they may have.

Qualifications*Any graduate with min 2 years experience in Hospital/Healthcare counselling.Strong Interpersonal Skills and Excellent Communication abilitiesCustomer Service experience and adept in Team ManagementGood Organization SkillsProficiency in handling patient queries and providing appropriate solutionsBachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferredExperience in the healthcare industry is a plus
