Service Level Manager - L1

As a Service Level Manager at Wipro Limited, your role involves proactively assisting in the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of the Wellbeing and Resilience Programs and initiatives for all employees at the Cebu location. This includes Managers to the Reviewers. You will liaison and partner with identified internal and external stakeholders such as business and operations teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the smooth execution of these programs. Open, timely, and effective communication is crucial, along with providing proactive feedback to ensure the success of these programs. While direct clinical work will be minimal due to the presence of a third-party vendor providing counseling and therapeutic services, a strong understanding of clinical aspects is required to assess the effectiveness of the vendor and co-create innovative programs to meet ongoing needs. You may also develop mental health campaigns for the employees.
