Service Level Analyst

You will be responsible for negotiating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and facilitating teams to meet targets. It is essential to ensure that all SLAs, Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and Underpinning Contracts (UC) are appropriate for the agreed service level targets. Your role will involve providing monthly SLA performance reports, including Critical Service Levels, Key Measurements, and Critical Deliverables. Additionally, you will provide input for SLA changes and modifications, as well as participate in negotiating changes to service levels. As a Service Level Analyst, you will be required to develop and coordinate SLAs with both internal and external customers. Collecting subjective customer satisfaction feedback will be crucial to determine if SLAs accurately measure service. You will also be responsible for authorizing additions, revisions, or retirement of services in the service catalog. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement by interacting with various teams and recommending improvements for service level management will be part of your responsibilities. With 8-12 years of experience in this field, you should be able to handle this role effectively. The ideal candidate should have a notice period of 15 days or less and be willing to work at all LTIM locations.
