Service Installed Base Analyst/Specialist

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) as an Installed Base Manager/Proactive Service Lead, where you will be responsible for training engineers on the installed base tool, developing and improving data quality, managing asset/site details, supporting business use of LUMADA EAM, and providing necessary documentation, reporting, and analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Train engineers on the installed base tool - Develop and improve data quality - Manage asset/site details using the tool landscape - Support business use of LUMADA EAM and promote successful business use cases - Monitor and ensure accurate Customer, Site, and Installation Information data in ServIS - Provide training and support to local users for IB Management - Generate and customize reports using advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office power application tools - Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering - Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems - Less than 5 years of experience in Sales/Engineering, tender/quotation, or related fields - Proficiency in substations, industrial electrical equipment, transformer service, and accessories - Familiarity with CRM and BI tool landscape - Ability to interpret product specifications - Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organization and time management - Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, clients, and other stakeholders - Team player with no silo mentality - Proficiency in both spoken and written English language (Note: Additional details of the company were not included in the provided Job Description),
