SERVICE INCHARGE-KOLLAM

Key Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites for service, breakdowns, and maintenance.
• Supervise field technicians and assign daily service tasks.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Maintain service reports, job cards, and warranty records.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
• Experience: 3–7 years in field service (excavators or heavy equipment preferred)
• Bike: Own two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory
• Skills: Technical knowledge, team handling, customer service, field mobility
