Service Executive

As an electrician at our company, your primary role will involve performing installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, inverters, and related equipment. You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues in various types of solar power systems such as on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid systems. It will also be part of your duties to conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and handle customer queries to ensure optimal system performance. Additionally, you will maintain service records, prepare reports, and update system documentation. You will work closely with project and sales teams to ensure smooth handover of projects to service, adhering to safety protocols, quality standards, and industry regulations. Moreover, you will be responsible for training customers on system operation, monitoring tools, and basic troubleshooting, as well as supporting warranty claims and replacement of defective components.
