Objective / Purpose of the Department To Grow the Defence Business vertical, excited to announce that we are looking for a competent and experienced Service Executive. Dimensions and Quantities (Describe the scale and scope of influence of the job. Include quantities influenced by a) the department & b) the individual directly e.g. number of products, number of clients, direct reports, Installation &Commissioning etc.) Key Activities / Accountabilities The person in this roll will be responsible for following Key activities & accountabilities: Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively. Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback. Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures. Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment. Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use. Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients. Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis. Service Engineer Excellent active listening and customer service skills. Eble to Travel Any Location Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company. Taking feedback from the clients. Requirement: Bachelors degree in engineering/ Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or a related field. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Excellent active listening and customer service skills. Superb work ethic and a growth mindset. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent Knowledge of Power Electronics Equipment. E.g. UPS, Battery charger, Inverter, Battery Handle to Defense customer. Willing to travel to any location for 10 to 15 days. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools. Outstanding project management skills. Demonstrate excellent leadership skills. Experience of installation and Commissioning of UPS, Battery Charger, Inverter Handle Breakdown & Preventive maintenance. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
