JOB TITLEService EngineerLOCATIONBengaluruSALARYAs per industry standardsBENEFITSStable & growing organization, open workplace culture Key Skills Candidate should be BIS certified (mandatory) and should have hands on experience in handling live (production) servers Candidate should have knowledge on Bosch (BVMS), preferably should have BVMS certification . Knowledge on IP CCTV / Addressable Fire Alarm / Public Addressable System / Access Control System/Gas Detection System / Gas Suppression System... Should be capable to troubleshoot the Access control and IP CCTV (This is mandatory requirement) Duties & Responsibilities Ensure all the Service calls are attended with in SLA defined Attending breakdown calls and resolving within SLA. Responsible for PM completion on time quarterly Ensure all the safety norms / approvals are taken before start of work Site Surveys, Preparing BOQ with solution design, getting solution approved from client. Follow-up with client once a quote is shared. Ensure GRR is done on same date of material delivery Documentation of all the SCR / PM Reports Supporting client during audits Zero escalations Client meetings Responsible for revenue generation Providing training to clients as and when required Team Training Facilitating proper tools and tackles to team Responsible for AR Mail communications to clients Responsible for AMC Renewal on time New Business Generation Requirement Engineering or diploma graduate in electronics/electrical will be preferred.3-5 years experience in working on Data Centers/Servers in LV system (CCTV/Access Control /PA system etc.).Should have knowledge CCTV, Access control System, Public Addressable System.Experience in Handling TeamResult and process oriented.Good communication skills Why should you apply?
