As we expand our market presence, we are seeking passionate and driven Sales Engineers to join our team and contribute to our growth. Job Summary The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customer accounts, and driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our range of FFS pouch packing machines. This role requires a mix of technical understanding, sales acumen, and customer relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories and industry segments. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners. Sales Process Management: Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations for potential clients. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions. Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close orders. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments to refine sales strategy. Coordination: Work closely with the design, production, and service teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and submit regular reports to management. Qualifications & Skills Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field. Experience:3 years of experience in capital equipment sales (preferably packaging machinery, processing machinery, or industrial automation). Technical Skills: Good understanding of mechanical systems and automation. Ability to read basic technical drawings and explain machine features to customers. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong presentation skills and confidence in client-facing interactions. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
