Service Engineer- Ultrasound

You will be responsible for managing the service and installation of Diagnostic Ultrasound Systems at Canon Medical Systems India Pvt. Ltd. (CMSIN), a subsidiary of Canon Medical Systems Corporation. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Technical Support & Service**: - Collaborate with Service HQ Japan for the installation, maintenance, updates, and technical support of Canon Medical Systems products, providing occasional out-of-hours support. - **Training & Development**: - Complete required product training and certifications to enhance your technical expertise in the field. - **Team Collaboration**: - Support team efficiency, foster strong communication, and contribute to building a high-performing service team. - **Customer & Compliance Focus**: - Ensure customer satisfaction, promptly escalate critical issues, and adhere to company policies and regulatory standards. - **Administrative & Asset Management**: - Complete administrative duties on time and maintain tools, equipment, and company property in good condition. **Qualifications**: - Bachelors Degree/ Diploma/ Post graduation in Engineering (from any recognized university/ college). - Minimum 10 years of experience troubleshooting electronic equipment in the medical imaging industry. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer for Ultrasound systems. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - **Technical Expertise**: - Hands-on experience and specialized training in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting diagnostic radiology equipment, with strong hardware and software skills. - **Soft Skills & Competencies**: - Strong communication and customer focus, innovation, organizational and project management abilities, result orientation with keen attention to detail.,
