Service Engineer- Ultrasound

You will be responsible for managing the service and installation of Diagnostic Ultrasound Systems at Canon Medical Systems India Pvt. Ltd. (CMSIN), a subsidiary of Canon Medical Systems Corporation. Your main duties will include collaborating with Service HQ Japan for technical support, performing installations, maintenance, updates, and providing occasional out-of-hours support for Canon Medical Systems products. Additionally, you will need to complete required product training and certifications to enhance your technical expertise. Your role will also involve supporting team efficiency, fostering strong communication within the team, and assisting in building a high-performing service team. Ensuring customer satisfaction, promptly escalating critical issues, and adhering to company policies and regulatory standards will be crucial. You will be expected to complete administrative duties on time and maintain tools, equipment, and company property in good condition. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelors Degree/ Diploma/ Post graduation in Engineering from any recognized university/ college. A minimum of 10 years of experience in troubleshooting electronic equipment in the medical imaging industry and at least 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer for Ultrasound systems are necessary. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience and specialized training in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting diagnostic radiology equipment. Strong hardware and software skills are required. In addition, you should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, innovation, organizational and project management abilities, and a result-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.,
