Job Summary Managing service and installation of Diagnostic Ultrasound Systems. Responsibilities Technical Support & Service : Collaborate with Service HQ Japan to perform installation, maintenance, updates, and technical support for Canon Medical Systems products, including occasional out-of-hours support. Training & Development : Complete required product training and certifications to enhance technical expertise. Team Collaboration : Support team efficiency, foster strong communication, and assist in building a high-performing service team. Customer & Compliance Focus : Ensure customer satisfaction, escalate critical issues promptly, and adhere to company policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma/ Post graduation in Engineering (from any recognized university/ college) Minimum 10 years of experience troubleshooting electronic equipment in the medical imaging industry. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer for Ultrasound systems. Skills and Competencies Technical Expertise : Hands-on experience and specialized training in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting diagnostic radiology equipment, with strong hardware and software skills.
