Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Engineer Trainee to join our team. The candidate will undergo training and support the service department in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for equipment/machinery. This role is designed to develop technical expertise and customer service skills for a successful career as a Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the

  installation, testing, and commissioning

  of equipment/machinery at client sites.
• Provide support in

  preventive and corrective maintenance

  of machines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate

  service reports and documentation

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  safety guidelines and company protocols

  .
• Coordinate with the service team for spare parts planning and service schedules.
  
• Deliver excellent

  customer support and service satisfaction

  .
• Learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of

  mechanical, electrical, or electronics systems

  .
• Understanding of

  troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, technical documentation, and reporting

  .
• Strong

  problem-solving and analytical skills

  .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Willingness to travel and work at client sites.
  
• Quick learner with a positive, customer-centric approach.
  

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / related field.
  
• Freshers or candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
