Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Installation and commissioning of SMT machines (Pick and Place, Reflow Oven, Stencil Printer, etc.)
Provide technical support and service at customer sites (PAN India travel may be required)
Diagnose and repair hardware/electronic issues in SMT machines
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Provide user training to customers post-installation
Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation
Coordinate with the internal team for spare parts and service follow-ups
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely support

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics or related field

• 14 years of experience in servicing SMT machines Good knowledge of SMT process, machine operations, and troubleshooting

• Ability to read technical drawings and service manuals

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Willingness to travel as per job requirements

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Reports)
