Knowledge of External Coating like PU, SFE and Bitumen Inspection in Internal Coating. - Internal flow coating, Solvent free coating , Solvent based coating etc Preparing Inspection & Test Plan / Quality Assurance Plan, Coating Procedures, capability & capacity etc. for confirmed projects and client enquiry. Keeping / maintaining all records of paints Keeping / maintaining all Standards and specifications for manufacturing and quality control purpose. Familiar with coating/painting standards like CAN, NACE, DIN, ISO, API, AWWA, ASTM, Client specification etc. Making Coating raw material consumption report, analysis and reconciliation report, coating rework analysis report, maintaining CAPA. Performing lab. Testing and finished coating. To check the in-process Inspection of ongoing campaign, reviewing test certificates and lab.test reports, calibration schedules of measuring instruments and managing manpower. Identifying and solving line quality issues and providing immediate feedback to concern in order to improve product quality. Prepare documents for audit for customers specific need and updation for the corrective actions. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
