Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operate digital printing equipment including wide format, sheet-fed, and roll-to-roll printers (e.g., HP Indigo, Xerox, Konica Minolta, etc.).
Prepare and inspect files for print readiness (e.g., PDF, InDesign, Illustrator).
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of digital printers.
Calibrate color and ensure color consistency across print jobs.
Monitor print jobs to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with the design/prepress team to resolve file issues.
Maintain clean and organized work area.
Follow production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of jobs, materials, and machine maintenance.
Perform quality checks and flag any print defects or inconsistencies.

Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in digital printing software (e.g., Fiery Command WorkStation, RIP software).
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Good understanding of color theory and printing processes.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
