Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer based in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, and part of the Service Team in Chennai, your role involves providing end-to-end support to customers. This includes tasks such as installation of machines, addressing breakdown calls, resolving machine problems, offering spare support, and providing training for machine operation and processing issues. You will coordinate pre-installation requirements with customers and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for machines. Troubleshooting and providing solutions to overcome problems will be a key responsibility of yours. Additionally, you will be responsible for the installation and servicing of all machines in the region, conducting Mould Trials both in-house and on-site, and assembling machines at customer sites. Training customers in machine operation and troubleshooting, submitting field return parts for analysis, and ensuring customer care visits are also part of your duties. You will be involved in generating spare parts business, preparing service reports for each machine, and maintaining software backups, hydraulics circuits, and bill of materials on the service portal. Qualifications required for this position include a completed full-time Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Plastics, or Mechatronics.
