As a CNC Router Service Engineer at our company based in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in the installation, service, and support of CNC Router Machines. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Installation & Commissioning: You will be responsible for setting up and commissioning CNC Router machines at client sites. - Troubleshooting & Repairs: Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues efficiently. - Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine checks and maintenance is crucial to ensure the optimal performance of the machines. - Customer Training: Training clients on proper machine usage, safety procedures, and maintenance protocols will be part of your regular tasks. - Technical Proficiency: Understanding blueprints, circuit diagrams, and technical manuals is essential for successful installations and repairs. - Client Interaction: Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with end-users is key to our service quality. - Travel Readiness: Being willing to travel frequently for on-site service and support at customer locations is a requirement for this role. To excel in this position, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing CNC Router or similar machinery. - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, motion controllers, and machine software. - Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings effectively. - Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to address complex issues promptly. - Good communication skills and a customer-centric attitude to ensure client satisfaction. - Openness to frequent travel, including local and outstation visits.
