Service Engineer - IVD

Role Overview: As a full-time on-site Service Engineer - IVD based in Ambala, your main focus will be troubleshooting, field service, providing technical support, and conducting maintenance and repair of in-vitro diagnostic equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to in-vitro diagnostic equipment. - Conduct field service visits for maintenance and repair tasks. - Provide technical support to customers and internal teams. - Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of diagnostic equipment. - Collaborate with the team to optimize service delivery. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance & repair skills. - Experience in field service and technical support. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. - Hands-on experience in servicing in-vitro diagnostic equipment. - Knowledge of IVD technologies and systems. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. - Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. - Certifications in relevant technical fields would be advantageous.,
