Your Role

Service Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Install, calibrate, and maintain scientific instruments at client locations
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with speed and accuracy
• Keep detailed service logs and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams for spares, warranties, and escalations
• Travel as needed within your region to support client sites

Equipment You May Work On:

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related field
• 2–5 years' experience servicing lab equipment
• Sound troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic schedules
