Your Role As a Service Engineer , you will be the frontline of our technical support team, managing on-site service for a range of laboratory instruments. You'll play a vital part in ensuring installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting run smoothly while providing stellar customer service. What You’ll Do: Install, calibrate, and maintain scientific instruments at client locations Diagnose and resolve technical issues with speed and accuracy Keep detailed service logs and documentation Collaborate with internal teams for spares, warranties, and escalations Travel as needed within your region to support client sites Equipment You May Work On: Automated liquid handling systems, Centrifuges, Lyopholizer, All types of Plate readers, Deep freezers, DNA sequencer, Plant Growth chambers, Plant Automation systems, and more. What We’re Looking For Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related field 2–5 years' experience servicing lab equipment Sound troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Strong communication and customer service orientation Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic schedules Why Pulse Scientific?
