Service engineer

You will be responsible for attending the machine for Service request, Preventive maintenance, and Service campaign. This includes attending the installation & complaints of Spraying & Dusting Machine (major & minor issues), analyzing complaints, and reporting them to the Service Manager. Additionally, you will be required to submit daily work reports to the Service Manager, sell parts to customers, provide dealer support for parts & service, and offer information to the ASM regarding warranty parts replacement. You may also need to work in sales as per company requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Attend the installation & complaints of Spraying & Dusting Machine - Properly analyze complaints and report to Service Manager - Submit daily work reports to Service Manager - Sell parts to customers - Provide dealer support for parts & service - Offer information to ASM regarding warranty parts replacement - Work in sales as per company requirements Qualifications Required: - ITI or Diploma with 1 to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry as a Service Mechanic - Ability to handle Customer Machine Complaints and resolve them within 24 hours - Good communication skills - Transparency in interactions between customers and Management - Proficiency in operating Android phone and basic knowledge of MS-OFFICE The educational requirements for this position include: - ITI in Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic / Tractor Mechanic / Pump Mechanic - Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Agricultural Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
