You will be responsible for attending the machine for Service request, Preventive maintenance, and Service campaign. This includes attending the installation & complaints of Spraying & Dusting Machine (major & minor issues), analyzing complaints, and reporting them to the Service Manager. Additionally, you will be required to submit daily work reports to the Service Manager, sell parts to customers, provide dealer support for parts & service, and offer information to the ASM regarding warranty parts replacement.
