Service Desk Specialist

As a Senior Technical Support Executive at our company in Pune, your role will involve providing service desk (L1) support. Your key responsibilities will include: - Active Directory management, including password reset and account unlock - Basic knowledge of Azure AD & O365 Exchange - Troubleshooting Outlook, shared mailbox, and distribution lists - Assisting with MS Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive issues - Supporting Windows OS, MS Office / O365 - Basic networking tasks, VPN setup, and TCP/IP configuration - Troubleshooting iOS, Android, and Windows devices To excel in this role, you will need strong communication and problem-solving skills.
