We are looking for a Service Desk Executive who is fluent in Russian language and has 0-1 years of experience in the job market. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and customers in Russia and other Russian-speaking countries. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Russian.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients and customers in Russia and other Russian-speaking countries
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions to customers
Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels
Document all customer interactions and solutions in a CRM system
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues

Skills and Qualifications

Fluency in Russian language is a must-have skill
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Russian
Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software programs
Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, but not mandatory
