Service Desk - Russian Language

We are hiring for Russian Service Desk Analyst on Payroll of Savantis Solution and deployed on HCL - Banguluru ( Jigani ) Location

We are looking for a Service Desk Executive who is fluent in Russian language and has 0-1 years of experience in the job market. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and customers in Russia and other Russian-speaking countries. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Russian.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients and customers in Russia and other Russian-speaking countries
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions to customers
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels
• Document all customer interactions and solutions in a CRM system
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian language is a must-have skill
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Russian
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software programs
• Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, but not mandatory
