The Service Desk Specialist position is currently open with one of our esteemed clients in Mumbai and Bangalore. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for users seeking assistance with IT issues or requests. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving a variety of technical issues, delivering exceptional customer service, and escalating complex issues when necessary. You will collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely and efficient support, ultimately contributing to the overall satisfaction of end users and the smooth functioning of IT services.
