24/7 operational environment.On-call availability for major incidents.
Periodic site visits to field ITS equipment locations. Develop N implement preventive maintenance schedules.Conduct routine inspection N health checks with proper given guidelines

Required Candidate profile

Provide round-the-clock operational Customer Service N support on shift basis.Attend emergency breakdowns within defined TAT. Responsible for the supervision, monitoring, coordination.
