Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage daily service operations (Repair & Installation).
  • Lead a team of engineers and coordinate job allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with Sony processes and turnaround time (TAT).
  • Handle escalations and coordinate with Sony Area Service Managers.
  • Manage spare parts, job sheets, billing, and service records.
  • Prepare MIS reports, service analysis, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain discipline, quality, and smooth workflow at the service center.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Sony / LG / Samsung / Panasonic service operations preferred.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Sound technical knowledge of TV and Audio products.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM / service software (preferably Sony RMS).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & report preparation.
  • Customer handling and problem-solving ability.
