Job Description

Job Title: Service Advisor

Location: Sardhana Branch

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
Provide accurate service estimates, explain repair details, and gain customer approval.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality service.
Keep customers updated on job progress, additional work required, and delivery timelines.
Maintain proper documentation of service records and billing.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Promote value-added services, AMC packages, and accessories.
Ensure adherence to company service standards and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Automobile
1–3 years of experience as Service Advisor in automobile
Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and repair processes.
Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and DMS/CRM software.
