Job Description:
* service advisor acts as a liaison between customers and the technical team at a two wheeler dealership or workshop
* translating customer needs into repair orders and explaining the technical work back to the customer in understandable terms.
*Their responsibilities include greeting customers, diagnosing issues, preparing estimates, coordinating with technicians, managing workflow, and providing advice on repairs, maintenance, and parts.
*Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of automotive technical aspects, and customer service expertise.
Qualification: ITI Automobile/ Diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical
