Known for its quality service and long history in the automobile business, Popular Hyundai offers a wide range of Hyundai cars with express service and insurance renewal options. The showroom also features H-Promise, providing Hyundai motor India certified used cars with warranty and service benefits.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Advisor at Popular Hyundai in Kochi. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer-focused service, handling customer inquiries, and communicating effectively with customers regarding aftersales services.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer-focused Service skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Aftersales knowledge and experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
