Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Chitlapakkam, Chennai
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME), Diploma in Automobile Engineering (DAE), or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback regarding vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments to ensure optimal workshop utilization and timely service completion.
• Explain maintenance and repair options to customers clearly before assigning work to technicians.
• Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to promptly resolve customer complaints.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback through surveys and reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Guide and support customer service representatives, promoting a customer-first approach within the team.
• Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and key customer metrics.
• Develop and implement procedures to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with service and sales teams to ensure alignment between customer service initiatives and overall business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma (DME/DAE) or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automobile service operations or workshop management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and service management software.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
• Sound knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
