Service Advisor – Body & Paint (B&P)

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers with accident or paint-related vehicle concerns.
• Assess damage and explain insurance and repair procedures clearly.
• Coordinate with the Body Shop, Paint Booth, and insurance surveyors.
• Prepare estimates and ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery.
• Handle post-service follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirements:

• Experience in B&P service advisory (1+ years preferred).
• Knowledge of insurance processes and claim handling is a must.
• Ability to assess physical damage and provide accurate estimates.
• Professional, calm, and customer-first approach.
