  • Greet customers, understand concerns, and prepare job cards.
  • Provide estimates, explain repairs, and take approvals.
  • Coordinate with technicians & parts team for smooth workflow.
  • Inspect vehicles before delivery & ensure quality service.
  • Maintain customer follow-up, resolve complaints & improve CSI.
  • Achieve service targets (labour, parts, value-added services).
  • Report daily job status and support Service Manager.
