Job Description

Urgently Waiter or Server

Greeting and Seating: Warmly welcoming guests, presenting menus, and seating them at tables.
Order Taking: Accurately taking food and beverage orders, often using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Serving Food & Drinks: Delivering orders to customers promptly and efficiently.
Providing Recommendations: Offering suggestions about menu items, specials, and pairings.
Maintaining Customer Satisfaction: Checking on guests throughout their meal, addressing any concerns, and ensuring they have a positive experience.
Handling Complaints: Responding to customer complaints or issues calmly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
