Monitor actual performance against budget/forecast and report on variances. Work with department heads to develop and manage their budgets. 8. Internal Controls & Process Improvement: Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the finance function. Qualifications & Experience: Education: MBA in Finance or equivalent postgraduate degree in Finance/Accounting. CA/CMA qualification is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with demonstrated experience across accounting, taxation, reporting, and budgeting. Required Skills & Competencies: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime is essential. Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and/or other Zoho Finance suite applications is required. Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS) and Indian tax regulations (Direct & Indirect). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
