Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist – Chromatography Division to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The role involves driving sales of Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC), Preparative Chromatography, and Flash Chromatography solutions. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop potential customer accounts in pharma, biotech, academic, and research institutions. Demonstrate chromatography solutions (SFC, Prep, and Flash) and present product value propositions to customers. Achieve sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Provide pre-sales and post-sales application support in collaboration with the technical/application team. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and service-oriented engagement. Participate in sales meetings, product training, and industry conferences/exhibitions. Collaborate with internal teams (application & service engineers) to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or Marketing (science background preferred). 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in chromatography, purification, or analytical instruments . Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to explain technical products to both technical and non-technical audiences. Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office . Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events. Experience in chromatography or related life sciences/analytical instrumentation is an advantage.
