We’re looking for SQL Annotators to review, correct, and tag AI-generated SQL queries that interact with complex, realistic data schemas. This role is ideal for detail-oriented analysts who love catching edge cases, clarifying logic, and working with real data. You’ll help ensure the next generation of models can reason accurately over real-world databases. 🧠 What You’ll Do Review SQL queries against realistic business schemas and workflows Identify and fix mistakes such as incorrect joins, filters, aggregations, or logic Validate business logic against given rules or expected result descriptions Compare outputs to gold standards or expected tables to ensure accuracy Tag issues by type and difficulty (e.g., incorrect WHERE clause, schema misunderstanding, poor grouping logic) Assess clarity of queries and make improvements where needed Provide structured feedback that helps improve query-generation systems ✅ Who You Are Experience with SQL in a practical setting (e.g., coursework, internship, side project, or job) Familiar with debugging or reviewing SQL written by others Detail-oriented and comfortable spotting subtle logic errors Strong written communication skills and able to articulate reasoning clearly 💸 Pay & Logistics $20 - 40/hr depending on experience and quality of review work Flexible hours; async work is welcome Fully remote - work from anywhere
