Website: https://www.experienceandamans.com/ About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all search engine optimization activities including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to increase organic rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website(s). Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research to guide content teams. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines. Perform ongoing SEO audits and implement optimization strategies. Monitor and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs. Build and manage backlinks to improve domain authority. Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code. Collaborate with content, design, and paid teams to maximize user experience and SEO effectiveness. Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in a SEO 3 to 4+ years. Deep knowledge of Google algorithms and ranking factors. Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
