Job Description

As a SEO & SEM Strategy Manager with expertise in GMB profiling, you will play a pivotal role in driving the SEO, SEM, and GMB strategy for a fast-growing organization like Multiplier AI. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies across various platforms such as web, YouTube, and GMB to enhance visibility, traffic, and conversions. - Taking ownership of the GMB strategy, optimization, and performance tracking to meet client objectives and drive measurable growth. - Conducting detailed keyword, audience, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Building strategic SEO roadmaps for clients, offering actionable insights for content, technical, and off-page improvements. - Optimizing YouTube content including titles, tags, descriptions, playlists, and thumbnails to enhance YouTube SEO performance. - Leading on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives while ensuring alignment with search engine best practices. - Collaborating with content, design, and performance marketing teams to create data-backed, SEO-optimized assets. - Driving SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Display, and Video platforms to achieve ROI-focused outcomes. - Utilizing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, TubeBuddy/VidIQ to measure success and present performance dashboards. - Staying informed about emerging SEO, SEM, and AI-driven optimization trends including GEO and conversational search. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 4+ years of demonstrated experience in SEO and SEM with strong hands-on and strategic capabilities. - Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword planning, GMB, and performance reporting. - Experience in formulating SEO strategies and conducting client-facing performance discussions. - Proficiency in Google Ads, YouTube SEO, and paid optimization techniques. - Familiarity with industry tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, TubeBuddy/VidIQ, and Google Business tools. - Knowledge of HTML, schema markup, WordPress, and technical SEO elements. - Analytical mindset with a focus on translating data into growth strategy. It would be beneficial to have experience in video marketing, YouTube ad campaigns, AI-powered SEO tools, and certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or YouTube Marketing.
