As a highly specialized and data-driven Paid Marketing Expert, your role will involve leading digital advertising efforts in the U.K. Healthcare market. You must excel in managing high-volume, results-oriented campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. It is crucial to ensure absolute compliance with sensitive data regulations such as GDPR and UK advertising standards. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) to generate qualified patient leads. - Ensure strict adherence to GDPR, HIPAA guidelines, and U.K. advertising regulations concerning medical services and patient privacy in all campaigns, creatives, and landing pages. - Continuously monitor and optimize bidding strategies, budgets, and audience targeting to meet aggressive CPL (Cost Per Lead) targets and maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). - Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and landing page flows to enhance conversion rates while upholding compliance standards. - Implement and manage conversion tracking tools, analyze performance using GA4, and deliver clear, actionable reports focused on lead quality and conversion efficiency. - Collaborate closely with content and creative teams to create compliant, high-performing assets for the healthcare niche. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling PPC campaigns. - Expert proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Business Suite. - Proven experience or deep familiarity with the Healthcare, Pharma, or Medical Services industry is preferred. - Strong understanding of GDPR/data privacy rules in advertising, especially when targeting the U.K. market. - Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and data attribution models. - Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and dedicated to ethical advertising practices.
