Job Title: SEO Specialist Department: Marketing / Digital Strategy Location: Bannerghatta Bangalore Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven SEO Specialist to optimize our website content, improve search engine rankings, and drive organic traffic. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in SEO tools, and a deep understanding of search engine algorithms. Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for on-page SEO Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structure Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (e.g., traffic, rankings, conversions) Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes (e.g., page speed, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors) Develop and execute link-building strategies Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm updates from Google and other search engines Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to support SEO goals Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog Perform competitive analysis and identify content gaps or opportunities Contribute to local SEO, image SEO, and voice search strategies where relevant Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field 2+ years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Experience with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications Experience with content management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Shopify) Familiarity with schema markup and structured data Understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles Key Skills: Keyword Research Technical SEO On-page & Off-page Optimization Analytics & Reporting Content Strategy Problem Solving Communication & Teamwork Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
