Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven SEO Executive with at least 1 year of experience in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Google My Business (GMB). The right person will help improve website rankings on search engines, increase traffic, and make our clients or in-house projects more visible online through effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO:

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly Optimize meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
• Perform regular technical audits and implement improvements.
• Improve page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.

Off-Page SEO:

• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
• Perform outreach for guest posts, directory submissions, and other backlink opportunities.
• Monitor and remove harmful backlinks that could hurt the website’s ranking.
• Analyze competitors' backlink strategies and improve ours.

Google My Business (GMB) & Local SEO:

• Create, verify, and optimize GMB listings for businesses.
• Manage NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across citations.
• Post regular updates, offers, and photos on GMB.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions.
• Improve visibility in local search and Google Maps.

Qualification:

Graduate with a relevant degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field

Additional certifications in SEO or Digital Marketing are a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (On-Page, Off-Page, and Local SEO)
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Good knowledge of Google My Business (GMB) management.
• Ability to do keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Knowledge of link-building techniques and backlink analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO trends.
