SEO ANALYST/ SEO SPECIALIST

• Drive organic traffic growth and keyword rankings with proven strategies.
• Execute SEO for custom-coded websites (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks, PHP, React, Node, etc.).
• Develop & implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies for Google SGE, Featured Snippets, and Voice Search.
• Create high-quality, AIO (AI-Optimized) content workflows while maintaining E-E-A-T.
• Conduct full technical SEO:
• Site audits
• Crawl optimization
• Structured data
• Core Web Vitals
• Page speed improvements
• Log file analysis
• Build content clusters & keyword strategies for long-term authority.
• Collaborate with dev, design, and marketing teams for implementation.
• Monitor & report SEO performance through GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 Years experience as an SEO Analyst or similar digital marketing role.
• Strong hands-on experience with non-WordPress SEO (custom sites).
• Deep understanding of semantic SEO, search intent, and user journeys.
• Expertise in AEO, SGE optimization, and featured snippet strategies.
• Strong technical SEO skills with ability to diagnose backend/front-end issues.
• Data-driven mindset with report creation capability.
• Strong communication & documentation skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SurferSEO, Frase, or similar AI-assisted content tools.
• Prior handling of SEO for high-traffic websites.
• Knowledge of local SEO (if applicable).
