Roles & Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Piping Stress Analysis and EPC Projects.
• Should have experience in leading a team.
• A pipe stress engineer with hands on experience in Various Oil & Gas Jobs, Power Plant Jobs, LNG Jobs, Process Plants, FMCG & Pharm Units.
• Should have hands on experience in Piping Stress Analysis.
• Prepare project design basis for stress analysis. Prepare stress critical line list.
• Execute stress analysis using CAESAR software.
• Prepare stress reports for project deliverable format.
• Mark up stress related data (routing changes, support location & types, etc.,) on isometrics for updation in 3D modelling.
• Prepare piping load summary as input for Civil/Structural design.
• Sound Knowledge of Codes and standards.
• Should be good at preparing stress reports, Checking stress ISOs , Spring Data sheets, Special support requirements and related activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
