Senior/Lead Analog Design Engineer

As an Analog Design Engineer in the Consumer Audio Amplifier Group, you will be responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art audio amplifiers. You will have the opportunity to work with industry experts on Audio CLASSD Amplifier with High-Voltage designs and precise current sensing. Additionally, you will develop the capability to work effectively in a technically challenging fast-paced environment and manage product development, circuits, and verification methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of high-performance analog circuits from the signal chain domain to the high-power domain. - Ensure designs meet specified performance, quality, and reliability standards. - Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members. In this role, you can expect to learn about the latest advancements in analog design and audio technology, encourage innovation within the team, and continuously improve design processes and methodologies. You will collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate analog designs into larger systems, communicate project status to senior management, and interface with customers and partners to understand requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. - 3-10 years of experience in Analog circuit design, with a focus on audio amplifiers (Signal Chain). - Strong knowledge of Analog design principles, including low-noise, low-distortion, and high-efficiency circuits. - Proficiency with EDA tools for schematic capture, simulation, and PCB layout. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in leading full chip activities such as circuit block spec definition, top-level simulations, design verification, and design for test. - Good grasp of basic digital design fundamentals, understanding of DV flows and tools. - Good mentoring, communication, presentation skills, and teamwork.,
